What I really appreciated was, knowing the car we wanted, the whole transaction took just 3 hours, with no last-minute tricks or sudden add-ons or something; fees are very reasonable and, as I said, transparent. Robert Rodriguez was our main contact, and he was terrific; my wife in particular felt treated with respect, and all aspects were explained by him thoroughly.

I did not like the man who watched me drive in the wrong way and he got an attitude and started making an issue about it trying to make a big deal out of it. Old man bald gray hair on the sides with an accent. I told the person who wrote my service up I did not like him. That old man should not be the one greeting people he is a mean parson.

I’m so glad I decided to call instead of just not showing up! They ended up giving me an amazing deal. I’ve been leasing cars for myself, friends, and family for a very long time, and I can honestly say I’ve never actually enjoyed the process—until now. But this time, I genuinely enjoyed the experience—especially since my husband was the one doing all the signing this time around! I just had fun.
